¬  Commanded a $120 million cable network rebuild for 100,000 subscribers per annum boosting bandwidth by 50% to a minimum of 870/750 MHz adding 150,000 revenue generating units per year.

¬  Seamlessly blended 2 culturally diverse, recently acquired optical fibre companies with 5,000 km of fibre networks and 150 staff within 8 months, adding $20 million revenue in voice, high-speed data and Wi-Fi.

¬  Spearheaded a cross-functional team of Directors to develop the Ontario Competitive Strategy with a mandate to combat a competitive threat.

¬  Pioneered, in partnership with the R&D Engineering and Product Development Managers, the subscription video on-demand television services for 3 leading North American cable networks with 2.5 million subscribers.

¬  Established a strategic global $35 million PMO for PanAmSat to maximize video service implementation and management coupled with a new $250 million product rollout.

¬  Managed a cross-matrix organization with limited resources to develop, test and launch a new digital video service (IP) to 7 Latin American and Asia-Pacific countries in 90 days advancing annual revenue by $25 million.

¬  Piloted the launch of an Internet IP streaming and video event-subscription sports service based on the “Walled Garden” concept in ESPN, BBC, ntl, BSkyB and for the largest broadband/cable network operator in South Korea for 1.5 million customers.
